These young jurors deliberate over a selection of short and feature films presented during the festival in order to award Carrousel Prizes at the AntiGala!

The Carrousel juries are made up of young people from different backgrounds aged between 12 and 25 and film industry and education professionals. The jurors are chosen based on a variety of criteria including their interest in youth cinema, their knowledge of film, and their ability to deliberate as a team in judging cinematographic work.
The work of the jury members is earnest and contributes to the prestige of our festival. It’s a demanding job that requires a great deal of motivation and consideration. Daily screenings and activities make for long days. Still, jury members perform their duties in a sometime studious, sometime festive atmosphere. A detailed timetable will be given to you before your arrival. We hope that after this intense week, jurors will emerge empowered by their experience and will maintain the friendships created during this unique adventure.
